Summer, 2007:
Wayne completed his work with City of Akron Lock 3 SAE students on the assemblage mural Akron:Past, Present, Future in the Historical Renovation District of downtown Akron. The group utilized historical materials and modern painting processes to create the mural that helped highlight the summer 2007 re-opening of the world class Akron Art Museum. Tony and Jill Troppe of the Mocha Maiden Cafe and Gallery were gracious hosts of the site, some materials, and installation of this project.
See more of the mural here or see it live at the Nantucket Building courtyard in downtown Akron on Main St. near the corner of Market street.
